Join us for a transformative 4-day summer intensive dedicated to two pillars of internal cultivation: Chen Style Tai Chi 56 and Wuji. This workshop offers a unique bridge between the spiraling, explosive power of Chen Style Tai Chi and the profound, meditative emptiness of Wuji. Together, these practices cultivate a resilient body, a focused mind, and a vibrant spirit.
This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find a path to growth here. With two instructors present, we provide personalized guidance for everyone—supporting newcomers through the foundations while helping seasoned students refine their technique and internal awareness.
Workshop Structure
• 4 mornings (3 hours each) — 12 hours of immersive training
• First 2 mornings: Chen Style Tai Chi 56
• Last 2 mornings: Wuji
• Open to all levels — No prior experience required
What You Will Explore
• Chen Style Tai Chi 56: Master the signature Silk Reeling (Chansigong) energy, balancing slow, graceful stretches with the powerful, “inch-power” discharges (Fajin) that define this ancient lineage.
• Wuji: Return to the “Great Ultimate” state of primordial stillness. This practice focuses on postural alignment, breathwork, and clearing the mind to build a solid foundation for all martial arts.
• Holistic Benefits: Improve joint mobility, enhance cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and develop a “moving meditation” practice that carries over into everyday life.
