Join Grandmaster Shouyu Liang for a unique one-year beginner program designed to introduce students to two of the most important disciplines in traditional Chinese internal martial arts: Bagua Zhang (Eight Trigram Palm) and Taiji Push Hands (Tuishou).
This course is suitable for beginners as well as practitioners of Taiji, Qigong, and traditional martial arts who wish to deepen their understanding of body mechanics, balance, sensitivity, and internal power development.
Through systematic instruction, students will learn the foundational principles, training methods, and partner exercises that form the basis of these profound arts.
