Discover the Power of Stillness in Motion — Wuji Quan & Liu He Ba Fa Workshop
Wuji Quan and Liu He Ba Fa are rare and profound internal martial arts rooted in Daoist and Buddhist traditions. These practices blend flowing movement, meditative stillness, and deep internal awareness. They help calm the nervous system, enhance balance and coordination, build inner strength, and guide us toward clarity and peace—both physically and mentally.
This 4-day in-person workshop is designed especially for returning students who have previously learned one or both forms and wish to revisit the foundations, refine their movements, and deepen their internal understanding through dedicated practice.
At the same time, it is also open to beginners, as both Liu He Ba Fa and Wuji Quan will be taught from the beginning. With two instructors present, newcomers will be supported every step of the way, while those with experience can continue developing their skills at a deeper level.
Workshop Structure:
• 4 mornings (3 hours each) — 12 hours total
• First 2 mornings: Liu He Ba Fa
• Last 2 mornings: Wuji Quan
• Open to all levels – no prior experience needed
