Master Mo Fong Hui began his training at the SYL Wushu Taiji Qigong Institute in 1993 and has become one of the most recognized athletes in the Chinese martial arts community. He is currently an active director of the International Wushu Sanshou Dao Association and holds an 8th degree black belt with the IWSD.
As a competitor, Master Hui placed 1st for nine-section whip and 4th for Fan Zi Quan at the 1999 United World Wushu Championships in Orlando. He has also been a member of the Canadian National Sanshou Team as well participating in numerous local competitions as a competitor and more recently as a judge. He received two gold medals at the 2008 Fu Yang Wushu Competition and a silver medal at the 2011 Wudang Mountain International Wushu Health Conference in China.
As a disciple studying under Grandmaster Liang, Master Hui has dedicated himself to train in all major internal and external styles, and has mastered practical and applied skills from forms and fighting. Master Hui practices martial arts for fitness, health and enlightenment and applies the teachings of Grandmaster Liang to his daily life.
